The Battle of K-pop är äntligen tillbaka!
The Battle of K-pop is finally back!
This year, the competition will take place at Malmöfestivalen, celebrating its 40th anniversary! Don’t miss the chance to perform on stage in front of a large audience at one of Sweden’s biggest festivals. The winner will receive 5000 SEK and the title of Best K-pop Performance of the Year.
And remember – we welcome ALL applications, regardless of nationality or current place of residence!
📅 Date: Saturday, August 9
📍 Location: Älvsborgsbron, Malmö, Sweden
The event is completely free and takes place outdoors.

As the number of spots in the competition is limited, our jury team will review all dance groups through a pre-selection process.
When applying, you must upload a preliminary audition video for assessment by the pre-jury. The video must show a choreography performed by the majority of the group. Not all members need to be present, but more than half of the group must participate in the video. The choreography can be of your own choosing and does not have to be the piece you intend to compete with. We do not impose any specific requirements on the length of the video, as long as it clearly represents you/your group and your dance is clearly seen.
Please read all the information carefully before submitting your application – incomplete or incorrect applications will not be accepted.

RULES:
- The performance can maximum be 4 minutes
- Cover or own choreography are okay
- Song must be from Korean artist/s or other artists promoting on Korean music shows (examples XG, Katseye is ok)
